I put a second tray on it, with new type feed clutch/feed roller/retard pad and it jams-only from this tray-at registration area,usually...I put an adhesive mylar at paper path (under bypass ret. pad as a Technical Bulletin suggests) because i thought it has too much friction. I did not replace sensors because it works fine from tray 1.
Does anyone have a solution please??

Two other bulletins refer to your problem, one is to make sure the cassette is grounded, reform the grounding spring on the rear of the cassette and two, the
side guides are too tight they include a screw so that the guide may be permanently fixed.

Also, check the end fence to make sure there is enough pressure against the back of the paper.
