salve ho un problema su una nashuatec dsc224, quando lancio la stampa in bianco e nero e' ok, invece quando la stampa e' a colori da problemi, cioe' nella stampa il colore e' ok invece il nero me lo stampa a meta'. questo problema lo fa solo nella fotocopia a colori. e' stato sostituito il gruppo di sviluppo nero piu' il gruppo tamburo.Il problema lo fa solo quando stampo molte copie a colori, i colori vengono stampati bene solo sul nero che me lo stampa a meta' . come posso risolvere questo problema? grazie
