    Ricoh savin light cq

I have recently become the service manager of a copystar delaer that formerly dealt in savin and panasonic, i am having trouble with savins having light cq, we change dv and works for awhile but the meters dont make sense. What i mean is a 120k yield dv spitting light cq after 60-75k or so. I know its going to be one of those quirky "this brand only" issues, i follow the manuals on pms and whatnot making sure to follow the proper procedures on dv change and then i somtimes play with dv, charge, and exposure settings. Is there a ricoh trick i dont know about? Hate to sound stupid but i have no expierience/training on ricoh/savin. And this is occuring on several machines in various environments,.
