If the Drum and Dev are both ok (not over 60k), then replace the toner hopper, machines that i have replace the hopper on are no longer leaking. -
Check for the obvious : Like the customer hasn't left part-of an old toner-cap inside the hopper, or the toner-cap seals correctly.
Mostly we just vacuum the toner-hopper out between PM's even with the toner seals leaking and they usually last until the next PM.
Give the hopper a good bump with your hand to release the leaking toner around the toner bottle clasp (chuck) as you vacuum it, an it should be ok.
You can vacuum the toner hopper out an it will give you some relief-time until you get a new one.Inauguration to the "AI cancel-culture" fraternity 1997...

I've found that the grease Ricoh is using to lube the outer seal catches toner and allows the seal to leak. I pop the hopper apart, vac out well and wipe the sealing surface and seal, reassemble dry. Not just these ones either, but most with that type of hopper leak eventually.Comment
