ADD Toner Ricoh 1075 problem

Hello to everyone,

I am servicing a ricoh 1075 and all time long it shows the massage add toner, after opening and closing the door it says " loading Toner " and than it shows again the massage add toner.

I have checked the machine it takes toner because the tonner hopper is full of toner after cleaning all of it, also i have cleaned the toner sensor and the same problem.
In the end i have taken another developing unit and replace it also the same add toner massage.

PLEASE HELP!!!

Sounds like the toner supply clutch in the developer drive assembly could have packed up. Got another one to try? Are you using OEM toner and developer? Is the bottle turning in output mode?

I have seen the bottle and it turns and also it puts toner in the toner hopper that is up the developer unit.

The developer is original but the toner is Integral not original.

Do you have a photo of the drive assembly that maybe the problem but i have switched the developer unit with another one.

Unplug toner supply electroclutch while running and see if it tones up. you'll see the wire and connecter in the center of DV drive motor pcb.
If the box comes ready it will be overtoned ...... dv replacement will be the easier route or shoot a bunch of 1/2 page skyshots then clean drum unit
ive seen this problem and pretty sure the replacement of the Development Drive Motor corrected the problem.

I have solved the problem, thank you very muchfor your help,

The problem was the wire of the toner sensor that goes to the board it was broken by a screw!!!
