Ricoh 2238c BLACK toner low

Hi, everyone:
We get a problem with Ricoh Aficio 2238c copier machine.
which shows need to be replace black toner cartridge, and we already change replace one, but machine still dosen't work and show same message for replacing new black cartridge.
Is there any solution about it? the machine's just stopped there couldn't do any job!

this issue are discussed several times in this forum. Use the search button and you will see many threads discussing this problem. Toner clogged in the pipe, or the pump motor, or the black developer could be the problem
