[Misc] Too many toner pumps broken in MPC2000 etc.

we are Experiencing a massive toner pump problems in MPC2000/2500/3000.
Do you know if there is some bullettin or some Ricoh info about this.
Here in italy there's nothing about.

As far as i know, there is no Bulletin for this problem...
Do you use OEM toner?
