    Just a general Question

    What are to cause of toner explosions "Huge toner leak" in the machine?

    I hope we can fill up some information for this kind of situation.

    It's not that general. It's a cause and effect situation. It would help us if you gave the machine type. There's a good chance it's developer leaking and not toner. To test, developer will stick to your magnetic screwdriver.

      Well its in these series MPC20/25/30/35/4500. And i just took out the "Yellow toner" in this case and it was leaking in the whole machine. and i just want to know what causing this. Maybe a incautious customer

        That sounds kinda strange to me,they normally run clean enough for us..are they genuine toner carts?/refilled?

          We only use genuine toners and we have no problems with leaking bottles.

            always check the toner bottle.

              could be developer has crashed with time even tho it hasnt done the miles. does the machine have a high black count and low colour count ?
