    [Misc] Gestetner 3222 : Print out problem

    Hi,
    Happy New year to all Copytechnetian..

    I need help on the below issue. There is print out not even. See the image I attached to this thread. You can see inside the rectangular box on the scan image below and also the print on left side darker compare to right side.

    Action taken:
    1. Service PCU unit, change new drum and clean blade -- Still Happen

      These PCU's can only be serviced once or twice before they need to be replaced. Bung a fresh PCU in it, give it a good vac out, clean the laser slit glass and replace the transfer roller. That should be you sorted.
      It's 106 miles to Chicago. We've got a full tank of gas, half a pack of cigarettes, it's dark and we're wearing sunglasses.

          Its not problem of "writing" on paper,but not good toner+developer feeding.
          Check magnetic roller on dveloper unit.
          Is it filled with developer when you turn the gears?



          PS:Just to know.Whats that language on the newspaper?

              I will check again the developer unit.. Can you advise how to know the problem coming from developer?

                  I hard to replaced the PCU unit's. It very expensive, so we need to recond/refurbished until the end.
