[Error Code] SC542 Ricoh 1027

Hi,

SC542, Fusing temperature warm-up error, but I reset the maches and solved.
No Failures on lamps or thermistors at the moment.

I know that error 542 in Ricoh has a RTB 37. I have a couple machines with the same SC542, I perform the self test on power on and ready state. But I have the impression that those machines could fail again if I don't perform the service as per Ricoh Trouble Bulletin 37. Does anyone have the procedure to correct the codes. At the moment all machines are working.

sometimes the body of the fusing unit that hold upper roller bushing get damage. if u reset it will be ok, and at certain time the code will appear again. if the body of fusing unit got broken then u got to replace it. once more, check the thermostat, normally 1 of them got broken.
