MPC4500 not filtering incoming faxes using ScanRouter V2 Pro

I am in the process of trying to get ScanRouter to filter incoming faxes to a RICOH MPC4500 by delivery ID or TSI Code. I have tried both Delivery ID and TSI Code settings but still no go. I have configured scan router as per the "ScanRouterFaxDevScenarios[1].pdf" but still no go.
Any help will be very much appreciated
