Aficio 3224c Developer/toner not setting properly unit

The machine is displaying to set the cyan developer unit correctly. Ive been workin gon this for a while. So far Ive replaced the connector plugg for the DV's the whole harness. Now Ive replaced the cyan DV unit ran SP to install the unit and still sayimg not set properly. When I swapped the plugs only the cyan doesnt show. What next im lost should I replace the toner as well or is there something else I can try. Any Help very appreciated thanks

I had a few faulty ID chips on the toner cartridge leading to this exact problem before. I think the error should be gone after replacing the toner. That DV connector plugs are actually just make contact only to the toner cartridge ID chip.

Hi,had this problem once before,fimware rewrite fixed it.
