    Ricoh Aficio 3045

    Is this part naumber, H310 6173, a number to a part that can resolve the Ricoh Aficio 3045 touch screen issues? Any help appreciated, thank you.

      Yes, that is the correct part number for the new style touch screen. Tech bulletin#B264/B265-026

                  That's all I order and they turn up, I've not heard about any other modified part numbers yet.
                  It's 106 miles to Chicago. We've got a full tank of gas, half a pack of cigarettes, it's dark and we're wearing sunglasses.

                      OK, good to know. We were proactively shipped several hundred touch panels to cover our machines in field (some of all three affected types) and unfortunately are still fitting them. No one has actually had to order any.
