Gest 3370 unable to act as a printer.....

We have two Gest 3370's installed at a customer's location. One prints just fine, the other will not print at all. So far it seems Identical setups for both (in terms they are both on the network) but one works one does not. Beside the obvious things like IP addresses....anyone ever have any quirks with these bad boys and their print capabilities?

Did you configure the port to use LPR and named PORT1?
Can you ping the one not printing?
Is the link light on?
