2238C tech bulletin for Tray 1 showing out of paper

Like the Title says, I read a bulletin a few years back about this problem and now I have a customer experiencing the same issue. The problem is they go to print something and the machine beeps and shows out of paper in the top Letter only paper tray. They tray has paper and they just have to open and then close the drawer and it will print. Sometimes they have to open/close it several times. I remember the technical bulletin saying something about a mylar "spacer" or something. Hopefully someone here knows what I am talking about. Would like to have the bulletin or at least the part nmbers.

Not the one I remember but it definately addresses the problem. The one I remember I thought dealt will some change to the paper tray itself.
