    Ricoh AP3800c Toner Problems

    Good Morning/Afternoon,
    I seriously need help on this matter, my AP3800c keeps asking for Magenta Toner, I've had the machine apart and checked the tubes for blockages, which there weren't. I'm at my wits end now, don't know what else to check. Please could anyone advise what to do next.
