MP 2000 scanner firmware

Address book data error and cannot connect to network appeared on the screen after updating the scanner firmware of MP 2000. We are able to update the other firmwares but only for the scan that we encountered the problem.We downloaded the firmware file from TESSA. Any solution to this problem? thnx to all.

Try reloading the older firmware. I have seen similiar problems that showed up after updating firmware and were solved by that fix.
