Is there any way to get a Lanier LD425c (B230) to feed envelopes without wrinkling them?

Envelopes are not officially supported, but using a very high quality envelope helps. I usually recommend the flap be tucked into the envelope pocket to keep the gummed surface from contacting components in the machine. A somewhat better bet is to see if the customer is willing to print labels instead (the lesser of the two evils IMHO).

Thanks, I know envelopes are not supported but you know how it is. Customer is now printing lables but would rather print straight to the envelopes. May have to get sales to throw in a small B/W printer for them to print envelopes on.
