[Error Code] Need help with aficio 3224c

I have a AFICIO 3224C with a code of SC-620 and SC-302
I NEED TO KNOW HOW TO ENTER DIAG. OR SERVICE MODE AND WHAT IS THE PROBLEM WITH THIS CODE.

IF ANYONE CAN HELP ME. TKS

sc-620 - ADF communication error - ADF with no connection with the machine
sc-302 - Charge grid electrical leak - probaly problems in PCU, or charge grid

The returning voltage N from the OPC unit is detected for 60 ms. N

Defective PCU installation (OPC belt)

Short circuit in the charge grid

Defective high voltage supply board

Defective harness (BICU - high voltage supply board)

ADF communication error.
The ADF has been detected.

Loose connection

Defective ADF

Defective BICU board

Defective scanner I/O board

External noise

Try to change charge assy with other one that works if you have one, to see if the problem remain. If no, clean the broken one very well with isopropilic alcohol (grid, wires) and clean isolators from toner spilled. If yes, the problem is worse. It could be high voltage board.

is your custormer sending the fax outside country or he is using localy ,if he is sending localy he must not have problem ,for outside of country check the machince country defult or change to UK by defult

turn of and turn on will fix your problem

check the AC charge output error Cyon cartridge for 302 error
check the ARDF and conection (proper installation)betwen machine and ARDF for 602 error
