    Address Book error MP171 SPF

    What do you do when there is the message "address book error" on the MP171? In some cases does not allow login "WebImageMonitor. If you turn off / on resolves temporarily because after a while the error appears again. If anyone has any tips please share with me. Thanks

      I've had to execute SP5-846-50 and restart the machine to clear this before. I have never personally experienced it but there have apparently been machines where the controller has been replaced to solve the issue.

          yeah....try SP 5846-50, if that dosnt fix it try SP 5801-15. If that dosnt fix it then its most likely the controller board.....although ive had one where the controller board was replaced and didnt fix it, so it kinda got too hard......
