MPC1500SP " Waste Ink Tank B Full"

aHello everyone. I got this problem just this morning. The machine is displaying " Waste Ink Tank B Full". I replaced the waste tank located at the back of the machine but still the same problem. Does anyone have experienced with this problem. Is there other waste tank inside the machine? Do I have to reset the counter? Thanks in advance guys!

After you have replaced the ink tank you have to let the machine know it has been replaced. You must reset the counter at SP7804-005.

I reseted already many times but then the still the message pops up! Thanks for the reply.

You reseted already many times, have you check cotton on the bottom of waste ink sensor, check if cotton still white, if no try to replace with other cotton (white one), and then do SP7804-005, if waste ink error still appear try to replace waste ink collection bottle with new one
