hi..im using ricoh 2045 . when i make a copy its jammed at A1 (missfield) .when i checked there is no paper jammed at A1 .After that , the button A1 cant rotate and its stucked.please help me..many thanks..

Is the paper getting out of the trays? When you say the button do you mean the blue knob? Does it turn before you try to make a copy? Have you printed out an SMC report to see where the jam is being recorded? That may help you in isolating the real problem. Try checking the input mode to see if the sensors are working and output mode to test motors and clutches to see if they are hanging up. But it sounds like the registration clutch is hanging up.
