Ricoh mp-c3300 drum mod

Heard there is a mod for these, saw it on this site, now i cant find it. Any ideas? Want to use black drums for color.

Easiest way is to look at the bevel edge on the connector at the back of the black drum, then just use a file to make that bevel on the colour connector, make sure its the same or you will knock the connector at the back of the machine out of place.

If I understand you want to use the black drum for the colors (I think a matter of cost... it is much cheaper).
I think now that is not possible. From what I heard they got a way to stop it.
From what it seems the plug that formerly was held by a screw, now its part of the unit to be enable to switch.

Check out the "Printer" versions, they can be a lot cheaper!

RICOH BK drums can be mod to work as color drums. It dose cut cost. Some techs that have done says it works fine, others have said it dosen't work well. I'm told ricoh dosen't advise it.
