[Misc] ricoh aficio 1027 message cancelation

for ricoh aficio 1027 , how can i cancel the message " replace the pcu unit"
at af 1022 service manual says : go to sp mode by pressing clear key
then 107 from key pad then clear stop key for 3 sec. etc.....
but for 1027 failed to do it . is there another code , can you guide me.
i am a canon man but newbie in modern ricoh .thank you

Replace the PCU, then the message will disappear. There's no reset in Sp-mode.

yes Eric, but how to open sp mode for any reasom in the future

The way to get into SP modes is exactly the same on 95% of the newer Ricoh copiers. Yellow, 107, press and hold red. Don't try and switch off the PCU alarm, just fit a new one. They ask for PCU's for a reason!

Sent you a message Bahgat telling you how to reset the message. Fit a new one is best but also sometimes they wont reset even after a new one installed.
