I'm having this problem where the paper is fed off the by-pass tray and stops just after the switch before registration rollers. The copier did on rare occassions pass a copy. I've experienced this problem with this model as well as various others Ricoh 350/450 and 2035. Any thoughts and or solutions??? All pf tires have been replaced in by-pass. Paper drawers feed fine just by-pass which I usually ignore unless customer makes a request or walks in while the misfeeding takes place and request it be repaired. Thanks!!!
