Ricoh 3224c fails to color Calibrate

In print or copy mode the color calibration fails and when I try an auto cleaning it doesnt complete. What can cause this and is there a fix machine has 100k..Thanks

Weak color density will cause this, try pumping up the toner or replace the dev units.

First print out a color test pattern using the Printer SP and look at which colors look under toned. Then go into the copier SP and do a forced toner add for those colors. Only run it once for each one that needs it and then reprint the color test pattern. If the density improved and looks ok then run the TD initialization for those colors to lock it in. If the density improved but is still weak then run the forced toner once again and recheck (if the density doesn't improve with the forced toner then you have other issues). Once the density looks ok then try the calibration again.

*note that I didn't give you the method to access service mode as I am assuming you're somewhat familiar with the procedure, if not then get a qualified tech to service this beast.
