    mp 3351 problem to print in windows 7

    hi,i have a problem with a 3351 (brand new) installed with windows 7,scanner works perfect,but when we want to print the printer looks like disconected,we can watch the machine via web image,any idea about settings on windows 7? sorry friends for my english

      When you install the right Windows 7 driver, it should work without special settings. Is the computer printing to the correct port? (Printer Properties - Ports).

          the port is ok,the scanner works beautifull,but the printer appears like desconected, i can see the machine with the web image perfectly,i dont understand!

              Maybe you can use an LPR-port instead of a RAW-port.
