aficio 3232c control panel

Im working on an aficio 3232c.The problem im having is that the touch panel is not responding.but the hard buttons are.Iv done a full firmware update on the machine and even swaped the full control panel with another one,and still the same problem with the new one.Iv hit a brick wall!!!!! can anyone Help plzzzz

This model was affected by the old touch screen glue problem. Replace the touch screen with H310 9900.

It's 106 miles to Chicago. We've got a full tank of gas, half a pack of cigarettes, it's dark and we're wearing sunglasses.
