    [Error Code] RICOH Priport Jp755 ..E-00

    Hello friends

    i have a problem in Ricoh priport JP755; When i make a scan it post up E-00
    which is an error.

    -how can i enter to the "mode save" of this duplocator?!

    -Can i reset it? or this code is about something else?

    I wish to get some help from any member " technicians"

      From what I remember, E-00 has to do with the clamper. Without getting too technical, make sure everything is ok with the drum clamp and clamper motor/gears in the back of the machine, then restart the machine. The code will clear on restart.

          it's sucessful but it is not printing!!

          what is the problem!

          the scanner it's okay but when i see the drum .there is no writing!!!!

            what do you mean you can not see writing on the drum? maybe you mean there is no master wrapped around the drum? or maybe during master making the clamper missed the master but there should be an error message. Just check the clamper assy, make sure that all sensors are attached and clean.

              Every thing is okay but there is no writing on top of master !!

                  The master is Not carved and the paper gets out without being printed !!so what is this prb pls!!

                    if you mean there is no printed(holes) image on the master then check for the scanning and the thermal head

                          Could you please perforn image pattern print -SP6-42. This will determine if the thermal head or the scanner is the problem.

                              Hello

                              i think it's a problem with the thermal head, give me the part number, i think a have a new one( Never used) , but check also the wires and harness to the head.
