The machine automatically prints unreadable fonts with a word, THIS PROGRAM CANNOT BE RUN IN DOS MODE. I already updated all the firmwares but still the same problem. Please see attached sample prints. Thanks in advance.

it automatically prints with that kind of printouts...more than 1O PCs using that machine with RPCS driver and MS 2007 OS... does this caused by virus?Comment

To isolate the Problem, first at all, i would disconnect the mashine from the Network, attach a laptop and try to print. Actually it's just automatically printing like that..I tried to test print all the PCs connected but are all fine..For instance, after printing the SMC report, it prints automatically with that print out.. Does it might caused by virus or HD problem? The customer keeps complaining coz their paper runs out immediately.Comment

I saw this a couple of years ago on an Aficio 2022. Turned out to be a computer virus on the network. Like herrmann says, connect a laptop using a crossed cable and see if the laptop prints OK or not.Comment
