[Jamming] MP C3500 Jamming at 025

It has happened since a new paper transfer/separation base was replaced and few other bits to it . It only jams on A4 portrait and when duplex is being used. No problems on A3,A4 landscape. Paper gets jammed below the transfer/sep unit , basically gets into the rollers and that's it. Not able to see anything as there is no access .

Any ideas ?

Duplex exit sensor does not see paper - check duplex unit for obstructions
- check with SP 5-803-79,
- remove the Stopper for the junction gate mechanism.
replace transfer guide plate as per TSB B222/B224-017
