2238c dirty lines on the middle of back page
hi everyone,
here is a freaky situation with Ricoh 2238c.
we got a dirty lines on both sides (up & botton) during copy & print.
after we changed developer unit & drum unit for black and did the testing it still gets dirty lines in the middle of back pages even doing copy & print.
then we tried to take transfer belt out to clean, also collected waste toner inside.
we tested again, the lines on the middle still didn't get any progress.
when machine automatically binding book layouts, printing results seems too much cyan & black on the images!
if anyone can get more resolution asap that'll be wonderful, thx in advance!
