    C2050 light copy

Black copies are barely visible but color copies look fine. The Bottle drive motor and PDCU have been replaced with no change what so ever. The k developer in on a clutch and with the PDCU out both gears are turning but with the PDCU in theres no way to see if the clutch is turning the dev unit.
I dont think HV or it might be black not light, or am I wrong?
    What else to look for?

One more thing the tech just conveyed to me, the operator says it started after she removed a paper jam. ??

Sounds like the transfer belt is not contacting the black pcu. I think the ITB lock lever (A) raises the black transfer roller away when you rotate it to open the front cover. Any chance she jacked it up by accidentally trying to remove a jam from the front?

On the MPC2050 it's the very small level just above top right corner of the Waste Toner unit.

Thanks teebee and tsc. The transfer lever was disengaged and they had broken the door piece off so they could close it! Brainiacs!
