Log in as supervisor (no password) and change the admin password.

When you access 'User Tools' you should see a 'Login' button on the touch screen. Hit that and you should be prompted to log in, first try the defaults:

        Username is admin
Password is left blank, empty, null, no password, you get the idea...

If that fails to log you in then try using the above proceedure only with the username supervisor. Also be sure to deliberately log in to the machine before accessing any settings or else even if the correct credentials are entered it will tell you that you don't have privaleges. The supervisor account can only change admin account login credentials.

You can also disable the admin settings by resetting the machine settings back to default. Press user tools/counter, then press and hold the # key and select the user settings you want to return to default (copy, fax, etc.) This will then prompt you to reset the settings to default.

If both admin and supervisor accounts have been changed from their defaults then I'm not aware of any other reset aside from ensuring you have the machine's 'Birth Certificate', the factory non-default data page, or print the current non-default with SP5-990-006 and physically replace the NVRAM. If such a procedure is required you will likely need to get a rep from Ricoh involved.

There is an 'Access Code Clear', SP7-810-001 but I don't think that is likely what you are after.

The NCS data can be printed with SP5-828-84 to fin the current IP and hostname. If you perform SP5-801-11 to clear the NCS data it will go back to DHCP and may also reset the WIM password.
