[Misc] SP mode not working

Hi Dear
I am facing fault in ricoh 270.machine panel button are in working order but machine not going in SP mode.if any body face this fault tell me.

How to Enter the SP Mode

1) Press the following keys in sequence. clear-1-0-7-clear/stop

Hold the (Clear/Stop) key for more than 3 seconds. Make sure that the keypads are working properly.

i believe i had this problem a long time ago but on another ricoh model. i had to replace control panel...

all keys are working properly and i am using the same procedure to enter in SP mode but failed.one day ago the SP mode is working but next day i on the copier machine SP mode not Working.I also Shocked how can this happened.total machine is in working order.all units are working properly only SP mode not working.Copier is 110v and i am using converter to use it on 220v.
