    cross referance

    Hi everyone, this is not a big deal but the X-ref tool on my service DVD will work great on the shop computer w/XP but wont work on my laptop w/windows 7. Any way I can make it work? Thank you

    You might get different disks to us. What does the cross reference open in? Excel or something?
    It's 106 miles to Chicago. We've got a full tank of gas, half a pack of cigarettes, it's dark and we're wearing sunglasses.

      Its an application, when i try to poen it says its not compatible with this version of windows.

          Try running it in compatability mode. If I remember correctly this was an older VB program...and Ricoh doesn't use this app any more as it is all online through TSRC

            yea, I tried that and it said some DLL thing was missing in windows so I tried the search internet for solution key but it said no solution was available. No biggie, dont use it that much anyway. Thanks
