    [Misc] not printing out recieved faxes and confirmations

    Machine memory is not at 100% and there are no error codes or other messages but recieved faxes and confirmations are not printing out.

      What machine?
      Did you turn-on the TX reports in the user parameters?

          You might have it set to store, not print. Faxes will get stored on the device in the received file, this allows user to get them remotely through the WIM. The setting is changed in fax user tools.

              thanks I will try your suggestions. Not sure what machine it is as I am helping another tech and he didn't tell me. Will post back later.
