    Web roller on mp 5000

Hello, I have a problem on a photocopier Infotec MP 5000. I get the message "change the web cleaning. I felt this change and makes the code to clear the fault (SP7-806-008). The message is still displayed. Can you help me?

    Thank you

You can't do away with this prompt even with the reset. The Cleaning Web located with the fusing unit has to be changed as the lever sensor sense it's running low. Soon it will prompt sc 550.

Replace with AE04 5099 Cleaning web, 160k prints.

    Functional after will be good.

If you're saying you replaced (felt) the web then you have reset the web consumption back to "0" - (SP1-902-1), also reset 7-804-5 (web pm counter) and 7-806-8 (web parts counter).

This caught me out the other day. Resetting 1902-001 doesn't reset the message, you've got to do both the parts counter clears and reboot to get rid of the message. The Alex must DIE.
It's 106 miles to Chicago. We've got a full tank of gas, half a pack of cigarettes, it's dark and we're wearing sunglasses.

        Hit it.

Oh yes, the reboot. Totally forgot about that step, it seems after years of things getting simpler now the pendulum is starting to swing the other way.
