[Jamming] AF 3224C Prompts Jam@B

Hi,
I'm facing this problem where the mc will prompt Misfeed at B and to clear the jam, everytime the mc is power up.

Have changed I/O board, Controller Board and BCU.
All sensors are working according to SP Mode 5 input checks.
All door switches and sensors are working as well.
All paper path checked with no trace of paper/paper chips.

Anyone can advise? Even Engine Clear doesn't help.
#noticed the fusing unit doesn't heat up everytime the mc start up after prompting jam sign.

sometimes used get paper jammed in the fuser connector and threw up some faults
