Only thing I could find relating to Fuser roller damage was this bulletin. ThoughI remember from the Venus C-2 Course they mentioned the C-1 fuser did tend to get damaged easily, but nothing more was spoken about this.

Good luck. My Hot rollers always seemed to seperate after around 6 to 8 months, especially on the lower volume accounts.

There are a few modifications regarding fuser belt and fusing rollers, but the key thing for increasing work life of fusing PM parts is fliping the upper or hot roller termistor, after some time, protective plastics on termistor becomes worn out and then metal contact can slice fusing belt like a razor, so I turned the termistor for a 90 degres and mounted it on fuser upper stay.
