I to find the trouble source. My finisher's cover switch is broken.

When you say cover switch, do you mean the door switch?

Hello dear friends,

I have a Ricoh MP1350 with SR5000. Finisher has a trouble Jam code is 109.

I clean the Pre-stack sensor, after I clean all sensor in the finisher.
I update the all firmware latest version.
But I can't fix the trouble.
Do you have an idea for this trouble ?
