[Error Code] RICOH Aficio MP C3500 Heater Problem

Hello Everyone

i am facing a problem in ricoh aficio mp c3500 once i on the machine its appear sc 548 once i open heater unit i see some thing missing on heater

The Case as follow,

Heater Unite for Ricoh MP C3500 suspect a missing parts from the heater unit as per the attached photos you will find some parts is missing from this connectors.

The error code appears on the screen

Can you please confirm to us this case of this problem and what is the solution and where to find the part if there is any part missing?

SC548 is a Fusing Unit Rotation Error. There's a sensor that monitors the rotation of the Fusing Belt. The sensor is most likely filled with dirt, causing this SC548. On the fusing unit is a flag that triggers this sensor. Clean, or replace the sensor and reset the SC548.
Also clean the Ferrite Roller sensor, this can cause SC549 when this sensor is dirty.

Also check that the sensors are not knocked from the frame they sit on. If the fuser is pushed in by the front corner it can knock these off. Double check the flag wheel and half moon on the front of the fuser for being securely attached and present. The half moon was part of a parts update as well, so you might verify it is the new style.
