Network Pint Problem In Ricoh 3200 NRG P7032 and Ricoh 4510

dear all
please help me i send print on a network but their is no print i ping it cable in good also in Browser printer show but i do not configure it i don't have password. please any one tell me what i do my

Did it ever work? Is the subnet mask configured? You can print a config sheet with User tools>Printer features> config page.
