I have a Ricoh SPc811DN that is giving the set photoconductor for Y and M after installing new drums. Now when I place the old drums back into the printer the message continues. Any clues?

Take the PCU's out and check the connector on in the back with a torch, it should be yellow. Can you see it or is it missing?It's 106 miles to Chicago. We've got a full tank of gas, half a pack of cigarettes, it's dark and we're wearing sunglasses.

Yes. Do like Toner Munkeh said. sametimes they break.
It is not an easy task to change this conectors. You have to take the Main Drive out.
