Have to put the administrator e-mail (that is the sender email) "name sender"@domain.
Than just activate the auto sender name under the "file transfer"
Also, when creating address book entries, you can select to use the entry as a sender. When you send you select the sender from the available entries in the address book.

On each user that you create you have to put the path to the folder.

First of all you have to create a shared folder with permition to read and write on the computer
Than You have to put the path on each user that you allready create.
EX: \\computer name\shared folder
Dont forget to put the authentication to the folder for each user. That is very important
Do yourself a favor and keep it scan to email only, It works great, everyone can scan to there own email (no one has to share) and all is good in ricoh land......
