[Jamming] Printing Envelopes on Aficio 3260C

Does anyone know how to make the Ricoh Aficio 3260C print envelopes? Consulted the factory and they have a lot of opinions but no fix. The # 10 fed short edge on from the bypass is fed into the duplex tray "E" and is not able to be retrieved from the tray. Any help will be appriciated.

Are you setting it for Thick 2 stock? That should prevent it from inverting, otherwise I believe there is a setting (user tools/SP?) to eject face up. Someone will post something soon.

    From the op manual...
    • When printing on envelopes, use the bypass tray, and select [Thick Paper 2] as
    the paper type

    • You can load up to 10 envelopes (80 — 95 g/m2, 24 lb.) in the bypass tray at
the same time, without compressing them. Check the envelopes are not
damp, and the top of the stack is not higher than the limit mark on the side
    guide.
    • When loading envelopes, be sure to unfold the flaps and position them opposite
    to the paper feed direction.
(flaps need to be on trail edge)
