After shipping Ricoh Aficio 3045, now all covers indicate "open" to system - help!

We moved the unit as part of buying another company, and plan to sell it.

Upon powering-up, the device is indicating the Printer, Copier, Fax, and Scanner covers are open, when they are very definitely closed.

Is there a reset code/function?

I know these monstrous multifunction units do *not* like to be moved, so it is at all possible that we warped/twisted the "chassis" that's offset all the sensors' registrations?

could be all sorts, did the machine have an LCT that didn't ship for example, there will be a gap below the duplex, take a photo of the display and post it, it may give us more of an idea

Make sure the laser safety switches are wired in the correct sequence, use the PtoP and trace the circuit through each connection.

open front door above fuser unit there are 3 switches .when one starts to short will show door open but not a location.. WD40.........

Check and / or replace the ribbon cable from the polygon motor that is in optics.
