      Has the SD card been pulled from another machine for use in this one?
      It's 106 miles to Chicago. We've got a full tank of gas, half a pack of cigarettes, it's dark and we're wearing sunglasses.

          No this is the one that it came with. It was at the customers location for over a year then just out of no where this came up. I think another SD card might fix it but I don't have another machine to borrow it from.

              the only way to get rid of that message is to replace it with a new SD card. As you noted, everything still works. If you grab a card from a different machine, you could still get the same error.
