I have a few machine models Aficio MP C2500 which are giving me "touch screen" headaches! My company bought these machines from an overseas supplier and we have just began setting them up. To my frustration, the touch panel doesn't seem to be sensitive when "pressed" or "touched'. Tried going into touch screen mode by entering the "clear mode" followed by "1993" and then pressing the "cancel" key five times. However after the screen changes for me to select "touch screen adjust", i just cannot select any function as the screen are just not sensitive. Is the problem something to do with the "touch panel"?? These machines cost a bomb & really need to solve the problems soon.
Any help is much appreciated....
