Customer complains that everyday she gets an add toner message and that she takes the toner bottle out, puts it back in and it goes away for a few hours than comes back. Any ideas?

Is this a machine that is absolutely battered on heavy coverage? Might be an idea to turn the toner add ratio up. VSG/VSP/VT sensor readings okay? Bottle turning as machine is running?It's 106 miles to Chicago. We've got a full tank of gas, half a pack of cigarettes, it's dark and we're wearing sunglasses.

Yeah.... sounds odd it sorts itself after a door open / close cycle. Is it using OEM toner? SP2209 adjusts the time the toner add clutch stays on.It's 106 miles to Chicago. We've got a full tank of gas, half a pack of cigarettes, it's dark and we're wearing sunglasses.
